Announces that at its board of directors’ meeting held today, it selected the candidate below as a new representative director.

The change in representative directors, to be effective from April 1, 2010, will be finalized after resolution at the Ordinary General Meeting of Stockholders scheduled to be held in late June 2010 and the board of directors’ meeting to be held afterwards.
