The Board of Directors of Nokian Tyres plc has resolved to apply for listing of the stock options 2007B on the NASDAQ OMX (Helsinki Stock Exchange) so that the listing will commence on 1 March 2010.
The total number of stock options 2007B is 2,250,000. Each stock option 2007B entitles its holder to subscribe for one Nokian Tyres plc share. The shares can be subscribed with the stock options 2007B during 1 March 2010 – 31 March 2012. In the aggregate, the stock options 2007B entitle their holders to subscribe for 2,250,000 shares. The present share subscription price with stock options 2007B is EUR 23.37/share. The dividends payable annually shall be deducted from the share subscription price.
